Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Explain product features, benefits and pricing to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable product information.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with dealers, retailers and customers for sales activities.
Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Prepare basic sales reports and share updates with management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
2 years of sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in Air Conditioning / Home Appliances Sales preferred.
Good product knowledge and customer-handling skills.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Good market and customer coordination skills.
