Job Title: Sales Manager
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales and overall shop operations.
Lead and supervise the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
Handle customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain product displays, stock coordination, and shop cleanliness.
Manage billing, sales reports, and daily cash/sales records.
Train and motivate staff to improve customer service and sales.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers and management when required.
Skills Required:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales and team-management experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
